Male tabby young cat for adoption

Mr. Waldo is ready for his new home. His around a year old. Already fixed and vaccinated. Likes to be touched. Doesnt scratch nor bite at all. Doesn't like to be carry him but if you try he just moves around. He has to worm up to his new family. But I'm pretty sure he will get use to be carried after a while He still needs to get use to his new environment. His great with other cats. His a short hair. Just got neutered and vaccinated.
