Brown tabby lost (Northeast Minneapolis)

Jeffrey has been missing, since last night 7/28. He is a chubby brown tabby ith white paws. and a white Hershey kiss shape on his nose. He went missing very near grumpy's in northeast. He is skittish around loud noises and quick movements. He has a raspy/squeaky meow. If you see him please contact me and be gentle if you try to pick him up so he doesnt get scared and run.
