You’ll support one of our fast-paced, fully Mac-based production clients and play a key role in providing day-to-day technical assistance in a hybrid remote and onsite capacity. This position begins with a short-term contract (30–60 days) with the goal of transitioning into a part-time W-2 employee role if the fit is right. You’ll work approximately 20 hours per week, primarily remote, with possible weekly visits to the client’s metro Los Angeles location. In this role you’ll be supporting creative professionals and production staff with day-day business operations related to IT, as well as troubleshooting and resolving Mac-related IT issues to help maintain a reliable, high-performance environment.
