Are you a minimalist? If so, this place may be for you. I am looking for a clean reliable person who is used to composting, recycling and does not create much garbage. Also someone who does not need much space. The bathroom is not inside the main living space . You need to walk two steps to enter. Rent is inclusive of water, garbage and PG&E. There is potential for gardening. It is a sunny spot very close to the Hammond Trail and Hiller Park. You can hear the ocean and there is a sweet older goldendoodle on the property so unfortunately no other pets are allowed.
