The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event security, team leadership, and client relations, with the ability to maintain safety and professionalism in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate security staff during special events Ensure compliance with venue and company security protocols Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs Manage access control, crowd management, and emergency response procedures Liaise with event management, venue staff, and law enforcement as needed Prepare incident and activity reports Requirements: Minimum 5 years of security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in special events, nightlife, or hospitality settings preferred Valid NYS Security Guard License required Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
