Assist with budget management, cash handling, invoice processing, and cost control. Jump in as needed—whether bartending, running food, or supporting the team during peak hours. What We’re Looking For Previous supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and coach a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including bar management and service standards.
