**Job Summary:** Cuban Creations Cigar Bar is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender at Cuban Creations, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of classic and signature cocktails, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and ensuring that all patrons have a memorable experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Mixing Drinks:** Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to the bar’s recipes and standards. - **Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly, take drink orders, and ensure that guests are satisfied with their experience. - **Knowledge of Products:** Maintain a deep knowledge of cigars, spirits, and cocktail ingredients, offering recommendations to guests when needed. - **Bar Maintenance:** Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - **Cash Handling:** Accurately manage cash, credit card transactions, and bar tabs. - **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service. - **Timeliness:** Arrive on time for shifts and be prepared to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - **Inventory Management:** Assist with the monitoring and replenishing of bar inventory.
