You’ll mentor and guide your sales team to achieve and exceed their goals while developing effective strategies that resonate with restaurant owners and operators. With a strong focus on innovation and community, we are committed to making a difference in the food service industry.   Requirements Proven track record in sales leadership, specifically in a SaaS or restaurant technology environment Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and marketplace dynamics Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team Experience in cultivating relationships and managing key accounts Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects Passion for food and technology is a plus, as is any experience in the restaurant sector Benefits What We’re Serving: - Genuine Core Values: We asked our employees what’s most important to them in the workplace and carefully sculpted our 4 core values to truly represent our company culture.
