Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using service management software and diagnostic tools. High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
