This position offers hands-on experience in accounting, office management, and dealership operations in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. - Record financial transactions, receipts, and payments accurately. - Reconcile bank statements and maintain organized financial records. - Prepare and file basic accounting documents and reports. - Support management with clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and correspondence. - Greet visitors and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and general office upkeep. - Assist with scheduling and internal communications as needed. - Collaborate with sales and finance staff to ensure smooth administrative operations. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred. - Basic understanding of accounting principles or bookkeeping. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks (or willing to learn). - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and procedures. Description : As a Class A car hauling driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading your trailer for pick-ups and deliveries, performing thorough inspections on every vehicle using various apps as required by the brokers (Mostly Super Dispatch), reshuffling the trailer as necessary to maintain within height and weight restrictions, keeping cars in safe and undamaged condition, and maintaining regular communication with our dispatch team and customers. Typically, you will be dispatched vehicles individually to increase the load gross and generate MAXIMUM RETURN! We have a local yard on the east coast located in Springfield, MA, where you will drop off some vehicles going eastward and pick up some vehicles heading westbound.
