Offers will reflect skill, experience, and fit. ● *2 shifts available – 6:00am – 2:30pm or 1:30pm – 10:00pm ● Key skills: • Outstanding character, positive energy, enjoyment and aptitude for hands on work. • A deep understanding of machining principles, materials, tool selection, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings are essential. • Skilled or familiar with G-code and/or conversational programming. • Strong ability to interpret blueprints, calculate measurements, and apply mathematical concepts in daily work. • Troubleshooting to identify and solve problems during the machining process. • Ensuring precision, inspecting finished products, and optimizing processes to achieve quality and efficiency. • Accuracy, sometimes to within 0.0005 of an inch, requires concentration and agility. • The job often involves standing for extended periods and maneuvering large/heavy parts. • Problem-solving • Attention to Detail. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Work Environment: • Standard 40-hour workweek applies. (Overtime as required by management) • Working hours will be spent in the factory or warehouse, (Minimal heating and cooling.) • Moderate to heavy physical activity such as walking and lifting (up to and including 30 lbs.) is required on a daily basis. • Safety gear, such as goggles, gloves, and sleeves must be worn on a daily basis. Assembly Technician - Aerospace Location: Denver, CO 80215 (Lakewood) Pay: $24 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift Job Description: We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Technician with experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing final parts by cleaning, inspecting, and treating machined components using a variety of tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities: Including but not limited to: *Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products *Grind, sand, clean, or polish objects or parts to correct defects or to prepare surfaces for further finishing, using hand tools and power tools *Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes *Verify quality of finished workpieces by inspecting them, comparing them to templates, measuring their dimensions, or testing them in working machinery *File grooved, contoured, and irregular surfaces of metal objects, such as metalworking dies and machine parts, to conform to templates, other parts, layouts, or blueprint specifications *Apply solutions and chemicals to equipment, objects, or parts, using hand tools *Operate manual mill and/or lathe Qualifications: *Soldering experience; Certification of IPC-610(preferred) and J-STD-001, or willing to obtain upon hire *Eligible or already have security clearance (highly desirable) *Able to read blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions. *Ability to use hand tools including deburring blades, scraper handles, Dremel’s, rotary brushes, sanders and grinders. *Good hand dexterity and coordination is necessary as products and components are typically very small. *Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow step-by-step instructions *Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.) *Able to carry out tasks that require steady, precise arm movement for taping/masking parts For more information, please call Ms. Alana Ortiz at (720) 419-2303.
