Law Offices of Fredrick S. Cohen (a team of five-six people) seeks an OFFICE ASSISTANT. -- The law firm practices family law (divorce, custody, parentage, support, property, etc.). This is an entry-level position. The employee will be responsible for supporting two paralegals and an associate attorney, handling office tasks including arranging for court reporters and captioners, requesting hearing continuances, scanning closed files, assisting with in-office filing, assisting with telephone calls, and all other duties consistent with an office assistant.
