Skilled construction helper needed (San Diego)

We are a busy construction and remodeling company looking to hire someone who has at least 5 years of experience in construction. Must speak some english, be in good shape and capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. Must be a US Citizen, possess a valid Social Security number and have reliable transportation. Must have some basic knowledge and experience in construction like how to measure and cut lumber accurately, work with different types of power and hand tools and be able to work on ladders. There will be times when you will be asked to do physical demo work and carry heavy construction materials. You will also be working with an experienced foreman as his helper doing, carpentry, framing, electrical, drywall, etc. Must be motivated to come to work 5 days a week starting at 7:30am and be on time with no excuses. We have jobs all over San Diego County including Poway, La Jolla and Carlsbad. When you reply, list your experience and skills in construction so we can see what your experience level is. Minimum $20/hr, Maximum $30/hr. depending on experience to start but that could increase in the future based on your skills.
