Complete Landscape Resources is seeking immediate hire of an experienced Irrigation Technician. We’re looking for a reliable team player who has knowledge of multiple types of commercial irrigation systems. We have unlimited growth potential for the right candidate. Specific roles and responsibilities include: • Experience installing backflows to existing irrigation systems. • Troubleshoot and Repair irrigation mainlines, valves, sprinkler heads, etc. Including digging, trenching etc. • Install new irrigation systems from start to finish, when needed. • Adjust and program various timers & clocks. • Recognize drainage deficiencies and problematic soils and provide solutions. • Properly mark and rope off any open holes or hazards to protect tenants from getting hurt. • Use required personal protective equipment necessary to perform the job. • Consistently provide excellent workmanship to avoid warranty issues. • Properly clean up all site work and make sure all equipment is removed from the site. • Solid knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing are also essential. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Familiar with software to read and create site maps, colored charts/legends is a plus. REQUIREMENTS • A valid Driver’s License - you must drive company vehicles in a safe manner at all times and make sure that all equipment is stored and secured for transport to avoid damage or theft. Commercial Glazier: • Gilbert Glass is seeking full-time glaziers with at least five + years of experience in the commercial glass/glazing industry. This person must be a problem-solver, have exceptional communication skills, have a strong work ethic, and have a willingness to adapt and learn. Qualifications / Requirements: • Glass/Glazing Experience: five + years preferred. • Understanding of drawings & specifications. • Understanding of construction schedules. • Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform general physical activities. • Qualified and competent in the operation of small equipment / tools. • Qualifications and competence in the operations of heavy equipment a plus. (i.e. forklift, scissor lift, boom lift) • Must have reliable transportation. • Must have tools of the trade. Responsibilities: • Install aluminum window frames, door frames, unitized window systems, store fronts and curtain walls. • Hang large, heavy all-glass doors into installed aluminum door frames. • Safely handle and move large, heavy, sharp and fragile glass units, aluminum frames, and other materials. • Interpret drawings & specifications to determine size, type and dimensions of glass and to establish location for staging materials, framing and installation procedures. • Document project activities. • Possible out-of-town work.
