Groundskeeping, lawn maintenance and exterior maintenance: Assist with light exterior work, such as keeping grounds free of debris and ensuring sidewalks are safe. Coordinate with management: Communicate regularly with property management regarding work progress, major repairs, and inventory needs. Requirements: Proven experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance, general contracting, or a similar handyman role. Proficient with tools: Must own and be proficient in using a wide variety of hand and power tools. Reliable transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the property. Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently.
