We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Glazier to join our niche business Key responsibilities will include: • Assisting with installing interior and exterior glass walls and glass railings for both commercial and residential projects • Supporting the team in preparing materials and equipment • Troubleshooting and solving glazing challenges • Operating and maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met Who We’re Looking For: • Minimum 3 years glazing construction or framing experience required • Willingness to accept and safely deliver the physical demands of handling Glass • A genuine interest in mastering the trade, with a strong desire to build long-term skills • Good attention to detail and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a small, focused team • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset • A valid driver’s license • Spanish language skills are a bonus How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you’re the right fit for this position Glass Wall Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
