We offer the following benefits and incentive package: • Paid health insurance including vision and dental • 1 Week paid vacation time • Up to 4% 401k match • Company Team events We are a growing company looking to fill the following position: Sheet Metal Fabricator/Installer Qualified Candidates should possess the following: • OSHA10 for Construction required • Team player mentality • Be at least 21 years old and possess a clean driving record • Experience with flashings, wall panels, standing seam roofs, general sheet metal fabrication, soldering, riveting, and layout. • Display proficiency with precision measuring equipment and shop math. • Ability to read and understand blueprints, written specifications, and/or drawings. • Possess the knowledge and experience with multiple fabrication techniques and the ability to recognize and correct problems. • Communicate effectively with their team as well as other departments to maximize productivity and efficiency • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without supervision, keeping their work area clean and organized • Knowledge of sheet metal fastening. i.e., riveting, screwing, soldering, and caulking. Compensation range is $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.

You will be a sales advisor on my sales team for real estate liquidation company. We are looking for extensive growth and looking to become one of the biggest real estate firms in Cleveland. If you are someone looking at getting into real estate investing, then this is the place for you. Everyone on the team has invested in real estate in some degree, and so this is a great place to get with people and live in an environment where you will be trained and influenced in that direction. As a sales advisor, you will be given monitor, a desk, office phone, warm leads, a script, and training. You will be simply asked to call the warm leads (who have already expressed interest in selling their homes) send them a purchase agreement and ask them to sign it. You will verify their contact information is correct and guide them through the sales process until they close on their house. We aim to make closings happen between 10 to 30 days. Compensation will be purely commission. The schedule is flexible, though. I currently am working another job to pay the bills until I get a consistent cash flow, so you can do the same. You will typically call 50 leads a day. Typically, five of those will sign a contract and typically at least one of those will end up closing. So, in thirty days we are confident you should be making a good steady stream of income.
