Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications: Local to Brooklyn, NY, and able to support onsite work (hybrid schedule). Experience supporting federal or enterprise-level IT projects. Training or certifications in database management, data integration, or related areas. Installation Services Technician Location: California The Installation Service Technician is responsible for assisting in installing products at our clients sites. Field Installation Technicans will be working with a DGI employee at a client site and may include traveling with the DGI employee to the client site. Ability to follow all safety protocols and notify supervisor of safety concerns. Most tasks are performed in a team environment with coworkers acting as a team leader. There is minimal direct supervision so strong initiative is a must. Must be organized and analytical with attention to detail and accuracy of work product; able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Ability to perform administrative tasks (reports, expense reports, etc.). Must maintain professional demeanor in any given situation. These tasks can include mounting of interior and exterior housings/ or weather proof enclosures; requiring the use of drill bits, tape measures, and hand levels, while on ladders.
