We seek individuals who have had some experience doing this type of work in the past; however, if you think you can handle the task, feel free to reply. We are offering a great commission on services and expect top performance from our associates. To fill this position you MUST have : Insured reliable vehicle. Cell Phone. Computer with printing capabilities. Ability to mange assignments efficiently. This is a piecework position with volume based on performance and know how of the tasks. If you do not already have a PERC card, then you must be able to meet the criteria for licensure. You must know your way around the areas you service and efficiently be able to manage your assignments for optimum results. Weekends & evenings are a time when we have great success with services so you must be able to handle this task as it arises. Pay: $100,000 to $150,000 per year. Salary is based on historical performance of new associate attorneys at our firm in their first year. Associate attorney commission is 50% of the attorney's fees paid in a given month. This fee split is very favorable compared to other Lewis County and Southwest Washington firms. The split is designed to incentivize and reward attorneys for their work, and historically results in higher annual income than a salary based model or salary/smaller commission hybrid. Benefits: Annual Bar Dues paid by firm. CLEs paid by firm. 401k is available. Other benefits not included. Position: Financial Manager Department: Finance Reports to: CEO Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee the critical financial operations of our company.
