Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Manage the operation and administration of the Big Data Platform, including system deployment, task scheduling, proactive monitoring, and alerting to ensure stability and security. Handle data collection and integration tasks, including ETL development, data de-identification, and managing data security. Provide support for other departments by processing data, writing queries, developing solutions, performing statistical analysis, and generating reports. Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, conduct fault diagnosis, and optimize system performance. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with at least three years of experience maintaining a Big Data platform. Strong understanding of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Flink, Spark, Hive, HBase, and Airflow, with proven expertise in Big Data development and performance optimization. Familiarity with Big Data OLAP tools like Kylin, Impala, and ClickHouse, as well as experience in data warehouse design, data modeling, and report generation. Proficiency in Linux development environments and Python programming. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS Experience with cloud-based deployments, particularly AWS EMR, with familiarity in other cloud platforms being a plus. Proficiency in additional languages such as Java or Scala is a plus. Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols, including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax. Knowledge of advanced wireless communication protocols, such as 802.11ax/be for improved network efficiency, 802.11ad/ay for high-speed wireless communication, and Bluetooth/BLE for low-energy applications. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting driver issues related to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Thread, such as resolving connectivity issues and optimizing performance in real-time applications. Experience with the development and optimization of Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 chipsets. Proficient in using network testing and analysis tools, such as Wireshark for packet analysis, iPerf for measuring network performance, Tcpdump for capturing and analyzing network traffic, and NetSpot for Wi-Fi site surveys and diagnostics. Strong knowledge of wireless roaming and mesh technologies, including 802.11k/v/r for seamless handoff, 802.11s or Easymesh for mesh networking Familiarity with RF calibration techniques and performance testing methodologies, including tools and processes for optimizing wireless signal strength and quality. Expanding business currently looking for workers (part or full time, preferential consideration given to full) who are interested in getting paid to assist in the examination, testing, cosmetic grading & repair, when necessary, of consumer electronics such as video games accessories (controllers, headsets, racing wheels & more), video game consoles, and other assorted consumer electronics. The job does not require a significant amount of experience however preferable candidates will have a basic knowledge of how to work consumer electronics one might find in the home. The position will require identifying an item's functionality, denoting if there's a deficiency in this regard, determining if the item is missing accompanying accessories, and prospectively performing some light repairs (training will be provided). This is a ground floor position as there are significant growth opportunities possible (dedicated repair technician(s), senior inspection line management & more may become available in time).
