What your days will look like: Recruitment and Onboarding Excellence: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings and meticulously screening resumes to coordinating and scheduling interviews. Ensure every new hire experiences a seamless and welcoming onboarding process, setting them up for success from day one. Strategic Sourcing & Attraction: Leverage a diverse range of channels – including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs – to proactively source and engage passive candidates. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to consistently attract best-in-class talent across all departments. Proactive Talent Pipelining: Build and continuously nurture robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles within CADDi. Anticipate future hiring needs and maintain a consistent pool of qualified candidates to minimize time-to-fill and ensure continuous growth. Data-Driven Market Analysis: Utilize market data, industry insights, and your expertise to identify, attract, and influence diverse talent acquisition strategies. Contribute to long-term hiring plans by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on market trends and competitor analysis. HR Administration & Support: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and employee files. Assist with generating HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Coordinate impactful employee events, training programs, and professional development initiatives that enhance our team's capabilities. Culture & Engagement Champion: Actively support initiatives that strengthen CADDi's unique company culture and boost employee engagement. Organize and facilitate team-building activities and recognition programs that celebrate our collective achievements and foster a collaborative environment. Requirements What will a successful Recruiting Specialist bring to the table: Proven Recruiting Acumen: 3+ years of dedicated experience in recruiting roles, with a strong preference for experience within a fast-paced startup, staffing agency background or technology company. HR Best Practices Guru: Solid understanding of HR best practices, comprehensive recruitment methodologies, and relevant employment laws and regulations. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and team members at all levels. Detail-Oriented & Discreet: A meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and an unwavering ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Tech-Savvy & Proficient: Proficiency in various HR software platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS) (Workable), and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Results-Driven & Hands-On: A "get your hands dirty" attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and a relentless drive to deliver results, regardless of whether the work is strategic or operational. Human Resources Assistant
This position provides administrative support to the HR Manager on all personnel matters, including the input and maintenance of personnel records and responding to vendor and employee inquiries. Job Responsibilities Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, HR processes, etc. using HRIS case management tools, email, and phone. Refer complex questions to the appropriate HR team member or leader. Maintain data integrity of HRIS software and employee data, making updates and changes to personnel records. Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure documents are collected and maintained appropriately. Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding, including communication with new hires and managers and collection of required documentation. Facilitate New Hire Orientation, including agenda logistics, communication, and coordination of guests. Schedule HR-related meetings, interviews, training, and events as requested. Maintain a basic understanding of and assist in ensuring compliance with California Labor regulations. Perform standard clerical functions such as copying/scanning, filing, mailing/shipping, and processing documents. Maintain Independent Contractor files and provide support to departments engaging in the process. Assist in the sponsored employment visa process under the direction of the HR Manager, including generating applications, processing payment requests, and mailing completed documents.
