We are one of the top-rated companies offering multilingual tours, and due to growing demand, we are expanding our team. New hires will begin by leading tours in English (paid tours), and once the Japanese tours officially launch, you will transition into leading tours in Japanese. Position Requirements: Fluent in Japanese (mandatory) Fluent in English (mandatory) Authorized to work in the United States (mandatory) Passionate about history, movies, TV shows, pop culture, and storytelling Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay: $22/hour plus tips and incentives Depending on group size and performance, earnings can reach up to $60/hour plus tips and incentives. After completing 40 tours with our company, pay rates increase based on seniority. Multiple incentives and prizes for top performers. Training provided About the Position: You will join a dynamic and creative team delivering high-quality tours to international visitors.
