We are looking for a skilled and motivated Computer Repair Technician to join our Phoenix team! In this role, you will diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets, as well as assist customers with device questions and in-store sales. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both hardware and software. POSITION SUMMARY: This position shares the responsibility of maintaining the multimedia and audiovisual equipment installed in university classrooms and teaching spaces, meeting rooms, office locations, and public presentation venues. This includes preventative maintenance work as scheduled, maintenance of equipment (break/fix) and some installation work as required. This position will also be responsible for videotaping classes or events on campus as scheduled. Some overtime is required in this position, as well as the need to work alternate shifts when needed. The Client Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact and the overall relationship manager for a number of PAC and advocacy technology and website services clients. The Client Relations Manager will oversee all post-sale activities associated with the client and will be responsible for ensuring that client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
