Overview: We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Chauffeur & Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in Beverly Hills. This individual will provide on–call transportation, manage daily errands, and assist with various personal and household needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with vendors, service providers, and high-profile individuals while maintaining the utmost confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Safely and punctually transport the executive and guests to social gatherings, meetings, appointments, and other events. Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of all assigned vehicles, ensuring routine maintenance, fueling, and service schedules are followed. Handle personal errands, such as picking up packages, dry cleaning, and groceries. Coordinate with household vendors and service professionals (e.g., electricians, HVAC technicians, landscapers) to ensure projects and maintenance are completed to standard. Assist with scheduling, deliveries, and household logistics as needed. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the executive’s personal and professional activities. Monitor routes, traffic, and timing to ensure efficient travel and anticipate potential delays. Provide occasional airport pickups/drop-offs and support with luggage or travel coordination. Requirements: Full-time commitment to one high-net-worth individual with the ability to adjust to changing schedules, work nonstandard hours and provide support as needed. (Average of 6-12 times per month) 5+ years’ experience as a private chauffeur, executive driver, or personal assistant required. Excellent driving record and valid California driver’s license. Strong knowledge of Los Angeles and surrounding areas, with proven navigation and time management skills. Professional, polished appearance and demeanor. Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and anticipate needs. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling. Comfortable communicating with household staff, vendors, appliance repair and external contacts.
