HVAC/ HEATING DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE REPORTS TO: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR/ PROPERTY MANAGER JOB SUMMARY: PERFORM ALL ASPECTS OF HVAC AND HEATING AT PROPERTIES MAJOR DUTIES: • Install and repair air/heating systems • Test systems for proper functioning • Perform emergency repairs • Maintain tools • Order supplies • Make routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency • Record data when inspecting systems • Recover and properly dispose of refrigerants • Assist with general maintenance as needed ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: At least 3-5 years experience as a HVAC Technician. Must be HVAC certified. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Must have all the necessary documents required by the government for employment. Must be physically able to lift at least 50 lbs.
