JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SUPERINTENDENT: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Industrial Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage all phases of electrical construction activities on industrial job sites. The Superintendent will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of electrical installations. QUALIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT: 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical publications, financial reports, specifications, drawings, change orders and blueprints. Knowledge of building automation systems, controls, fire alarms, DDC controls, commercial and industrial electrical. Proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness. Ability to lead and organize a job and employees in a positive, productive and professional manner at all times. Must have a valid Driver's License Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
