Job description: We are a fast-paced, high-volume auto body shop known for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We take pride in our work and our team, and we’re looking for a skilled Auto Body Estimator to join us. If you have experience with the CCC one estimating system and working with insurance companies, we want to hear from you. Job Summary: As our Auto Body Estimator, you’ll be the critical link between our customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians. Your primary role is to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates using CCC ONE. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate estimates using CCC ONE Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and technicians Perform visual inspections and document damage Negotiate and follow up with insurance companies on supplements and approvals Ensure proper repair procedures and parts usage Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process Maintain organized records and manage multiple jobs efficiently Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto body estimator Proficient with CCC ONE estimating system Solid understanding of collision repair processes Experience working with insurance companies and understanding DRP guidelines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Reliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a busy environment Preferred: I-CAR certifications or relevant training Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Bonus opportunities Health benefits Paid time off Supportive work environment with room to grow Job Type: Full-time
