Pay & Compensation: We offer competitive pay with significant earning potential based on skill and efficiency. Fixxa Builder/Fixer: $20 - $35 per hour, dependent on experience, plus bonusing. Lead Fixxa: Our top-tier fixers typically earn between $45 - $75 per hour, with bonuses and efficiency factored in.
