We have an immediate opening for a Part-time Day Porter/Exterior Janitor position at our Mission Valley property from 7:00am-11:00am on Monday through Saturday. The position is for 24 hours per week, working 4 hours per day. Duties include: Trash collection from hardscape and landscaped areas, 
Removal of spills and stains from surfaces, 
Dusting of window mullions
, Cleaning of trash receptacles and trash enclosures, 
Monitoring and reporting of property issues, Sticker/sign/poster/gum/graffiti removal Compensation $18.00 per hour to start. Benefits include sick, vacation and paid holidays Candidates must be able to speak English to communicate with Tenants and Property Managers, have a cellular phone to communicate any immediate issues and have reliable transportation. Also, candidate must be able to lift up to 35lbs. Our company has high quality standards.
