This candidate will have experience in knocking out a punch list which can be a little drywall, paint, baseboard install and other misc duties to get a new house in tip top shape just prior to the homeowner walk. Also preferably they will have the ability to work with homeowners after the close of escrow. Requirements: -Strong background in drywall repair and finishing -Proficiency in painting and touch-ups -Experience with finish carpentry, including baseboards and trim -Ability to handle customer service requests professionally and efficiently -Reliable transportation and tools preferred - Must be detail-oriented
