We specialize in high-performance flooring systems and are looking for reliable professionals with experience in urethane flooring, epoxy installations, and cove base applications. Responsibilities: • Install urethane and epoxy flooring systems according to specifications • Hand-trowel cove base with precision and consistency • Perform surface preparation and coating application • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to standard Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience installing epoxy and urethane floors • Skilled in cove base hand troweling • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable transportation to job sites • Must be punctual, dependable, and professional What We Offer: • Starting pay of $25/hour, with higher pay available based on experience • Consistent full-time work • Supportive team environment and opportunities for advancement • Work with a well-respected company in the flooring industry
