Open Positions • Outside Sales (aspahlt paving, seeking sealcoat projects and potholes/maintenance) • Concrete finishers and laborers • Paver Operators • Sealcoating Operators (SR machine experience) • Pavement Striping Technicians • Laborers (asphalt cutting, raking, small concrete patches) Preferred Experience • Safe, proficient use of construction equipment: concrete/asphalt saws, skid steer, breakers/jackhammers, blowers, etc. • Knowledge of asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping, and concrete repair best practices. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. • Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.
