Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City. The Role Air is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly driven Product Lead to join our Revenue Pod and help propel our product forward. As a key player within a fast-moving team, you'll work closely with our pre- and post-sales teams to manage customer requests, engage directly with customers, and prioritize initiatives on a dynamic product roadmap. We are looking for a true product owner. The Revenue pod is goaled on accelerating ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growth. What You'll Do: Product Ownership & Execution Own and shape the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives. Lead day-to-day execution, including sprint management, unblocking design and engineering challenges, and guiding teams through the product development lifecycle. Ensure clear communication at every stage—from ideation to delivery—so all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Customer Insights & Strategic Vision Be the voice of the customer, engaging directly with users to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations. Synthesize customer feedback and data to define clear product opportunities and drive informed, strategic decisions. Conduct research and leverage data insights to shape product strategy, identify market trends, and evaluate opportunities for innovation. Define success metrics for key initiatives, measure their impact on both customer satisfaction and business objectives, and iterate based on learnings. Collaboration & Influence Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization, fostering alignment on product strategy and driving cross-functional coordination. Be an advocate for clarity, concise communication, and transparency—ensuring teams stay focused, motivated, and aligned. Lead the development of clear, compelling narratives around product initiatives to gain buy-in and rally teams behind shared goals. Requirements Experience: 6+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (ideally in SaaS or technology-driven industries). Customer-First Mindset: Proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals, and deliver innovative solutions that solve real-world problems. Prioritization & Execution: Strong ability to prioritize ruthlessly, make data-informed decisions, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
