This person will report up to our maintenance manager and handle a wide variety of work orders, turns and apartment renovations. Experience with light plumbing, carpentry and electrical repair is required. This is a full time position and exact hourly wage/salary is dependent on candidates experience. What We’re Looking For: - Experience in vinyl application for signage, large-format graphics, or related industries. - Strong attention to detail to ensure clean, precise applications. - Ability to read and follow design specifications for sign layouts and installation. - Familiarity with sign-making tools and materials (plotters, lamination, transfer tape, etc.). - Ability to work with large vinyl graphics on various surfaces (acrylic, aluminum, PVC, glass). - Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working with large signage components. - Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. - Valid driver’s license (preferred).
