Qualifications Required Experience: • 3+ years in industrial/commercial equipment repair and maintenance. • 1+ years in electrical troubleshooting and repair. • 3+ years of experience in the car wash industry. • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Skills & Traits: • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members. Physical Requirements: • 25/50/80 pounds regularly. • Respond quickly to sounds and move safely over uneven terrain. • Safely climb ladders carrying 40+ pounds. • Perform repetitive motions, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods.
