POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and will assist in all aspects of maintenance for the community. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular lawn maintenance, including lawn mowing, edging, and line trimming. Carry out hand weeding, hedge trimming, and hand pruning to maintain the appearance and health of plants and shrubs. Remove debris and rake areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation of landscape areas. Identify and manage weeds within landscaped areas. Operate basic landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Support basic irrigation tasks and identify potential issues (basic irrigation knowledge is a plus). Qualifications: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using landscape maintenance tools and equipment. Knowledge of weed identification and basic plant care.
