The hours are either 7am to 1pm or 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday, the pay is $21.00 to $22.00 an hour depending upon experience. The pay is weekly on Fridays. The job is punch outs in vacant units, stripping and ripping out everything in the unit. You will repair floors, drywall, and paint. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Core Skills and Qualifications: Level I: 1+ years recent new accounts and relationship selling experience, demonstrating working knowledge of new account documentation and compliance in a financial services industry - required. In-depth working knowledge of related statutory banking and compliance regulations, operational policies and procedures and the Bank's products and services. Detail oriented with strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Multi-lingual is a plus, but not required Understanding and working knowledge of core processing/operating systems, i.e., Fiserv, DNA; with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
