Complete Landscape Resources in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Construction Worker to join our growing team! We're seeking a "dirt dog" – someone who isn't afraid of hard work, loves being outdoors, and takes pride in creating beautiful landscapes. What You'll Do: Installation: You'll be involved in all aspects of landscape construction, including: Hardscape installation (patios, walkways, retaining walls) Irrigation system installation and troubleshooting Planting and transplanting trees, shrubs, and flowers Grading and site preparation Sod installation Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers (with proper training). Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a crew, collaborating with others to complete projects on time and to high standards. Problem Solving: Think on your feet and find solutions to challenges that arise on the job site. Safety First: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations. What You Need: Experience: Previous experience in landscape construction or related field is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Physical Strength and Endurance: This is a physically demanding job that requires lifting, digging, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Positive Attitude: We're looking for someone who is positive, hardworking, and a team player. Bonus Points: Hardscaping: Experience with pavers, curbing, and concrete installation would be a valuable asset, allowing for a wider range of projects and responsibilities.
