Proven success managing SaaS-based products, ideally in online learning or related industries. Strong track record of delivering customer and business impact through product innovation. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Content, Sales, and Customer Success. Skilled in customer discovery, research, and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into product decisions. Proficient with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA) to guide decisions and measure outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders and drive execution. Experience mentoring or coaching product team members is a plus.
