In this role, you will focus on Kubernetes ecosystem development, optimizing and enhancing the underlying architecture, integrating opensource solutions, and improving Kubernetes cluster capabilities. You will directly contribute to the development of the underlying Kubernetes cluster architecture, driving system performance improvements and scalability enhancements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop Kubernetes functionalities and modules to enhance cluster scalability, performance, and stability. Integrate and develop open-source solutions within the Kubernetes ecosystem to enhance features and build a more robust platform. Provide a more efficient platform for development teams, supporting automation deployment, monitoring, and failure recovery features. Assist development teams in solving technical issues related to Kubernetes' underlying functions and provide development support. Participate in Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management, including setup, maintenance, scaling, and optimization. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the stable operation of the clusters and assist in solving complex configuration and troubleshooting issues. Design and implement Kubernetes management solutions across multiple cloud platforms, supporting seamless multi-cloud architecture integration. Continuously drive improvements in the cluster architecture, enhance automation, and reduce operational costs. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years of Kubernetes development experience, with a solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, and operational principles, capable of developing and optimizing the underlying technology stack. Extensive experience in Kubernetes cluster development, able to solve deep technical issues related to underlying architecture. Proficiency in containerization technologies (such as Docker, Helm), and experience with integrating and developing open-source tools. Experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters and performance optimization, with hands-on experience in underlying system development. Experience with managing Kubernetes clusters in multi-cloud environments and designing crosscloud solutions. Proficient in automation, CI/CD processes, and promoting efficient automated deployment and integration within Kubernetes clusters. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges and improve system architecture. Good communication skills, able to collaborate clearly with teams and other departments to drive technical improvements. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with service meshes (e.g., Istio) and monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) development and integration. Certifications such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) are a plus. Intensive Service Foster parents are greatly needed. El Shaddai Foster Family Agency is seeking foster/resource parents who have a desire to open their heart and their home to foster children who require additional help and support to overcome the consequences of past trauma and loss. ISFC Foster care reimbursements are approximately $3100 per month. ISFC parent(s) are provided trauma informed trainings and continued education to assist in the preparation of care for these children and continued learning to enhance your abilities over time. All ISFC parents will be provided with a case worker and a trained staff person to provide in-home therapeutic care. Children will be connected with behavioral health specialists to assist in the healing process, counseling services and in some cases, medication management. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, HVAC systems, diesel engine repair, brake repair, alignment procedures, and tire service. DOT brake certification 609 AC certified is a plus but not required Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects as required by the job duties. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Previous experience in service technician roles or similar positions is highly desirable.
