Main Responsibilities: Confirm appointments with potential customers by phone Enter accurate information into our scheduling system Coordinate with sales representatives and dispatchers Deliver excellent customer service over the phone Meet daily and weekly confirmation goals Requirements: 1+ years of experience in appointment confirming or a call center is required Strong phone communication skills Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish is a plus) Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and scheduling tools High school diploma or equivalent Able to work both independently and with a team Benefits: $20-25/hour Performance bonuses Supportive and friendly work environment Growth opportunities within the company
