The days off are Wednesday and Thursday. We guarantee that you will not make less than $26 an hour with tips (our cooks average $27-29 an hour) and you will likely make MORE on busy days. If you have the experience we are looking for we will pay you $20 an hour. Tips are on average another $7-8+ an hour. Most of our cooks are bringing in $27-29 an hour.
