Daily Job responsibilities • Inspect and verify incoming/IPQA / FQA materials, components, and parts according to established procedures and specifications. • Documenting and reporting quality on parts produced. • Must be familiar with basic QA equipment’s like, calipers, rulers’ micrometers, microscopes etc. • Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to identify defects, damage, or deviations from specifications. • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of incoming material inspections. • Communicate with managers or supervisors to address quality issues, discrepancies, or non-conformities found during inspections. • Manage daily cleaning and upkeep of the quality equipment and work environment. • Communicating well with other team members to help solve problems. • Follow managers directions for perform any additional jobs to help QA or other departments. You’ll program and run parts using Mastercam, set up jobs, troubleshoot tooling and hold tight tolerances for small-run and production parts. Strong CNC setup experience, Mastercam skills, and a quality mindset required. Monday-Thursday position (32hr weeks, pay is determined based on experience) What you’ll do - Create and edit CNC programs in Mastercam for 3-axis milling machines. Himalayas - Set up and run CNC mills: install fixtures, select tooling, set offsets, prove out programs. - Read and interpret prints and GD&T; produce parts to print tolerances. - Troubleshoot tooling, machine issues, and optimize cycle time/feeds & speeds. - Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to meet delivery schedules.
