This is a hands-on technical position working for a specialty subcontractor to general contractors at commercial, industrial and government facilities. Coatings scopes of work include demolition of old flooring systems, concrete surface preparation or polishing concrete. Experienced, well-established excavation contractor seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman for residential home excavation in the Portland Metro area. Become a new member of a great team! The applicant should be an experienced operator that is well versed in residential house dig outs, basements, grading and utilities. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter. We are looking for an operator who can perform lay out, read elevations and survey markers, install all underground utilities including complete storm systems, rain drains, sewer lines, power and communication conduits, excavate foundations, and perform all types of grading.
