**Cleaner with Valid Driver's License** y **Limpiador con Licencia de Conducir** Ideally seeking cleaner with license to drive and clean driving record. We are seeking a reliable cleaner to service both residential and commercial properties while also handling the driving to and from job sites. As part of your role, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles to various job locations. We provide the vehicle, fuel, cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniform. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, plus occasional overtime as needed. **Key Responsibilities** - Safely operate company vehicles, primarily vans. - Carefully load and unload materials and equipment. - Perform cleaning tasks at residential job sites. - Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the day. **Skills &Qualifications** - Experience with cleaning tasks and equipment. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. - Ability to pass a criminal background check - No DUIs or DWIs looking back ten years - Current driver's license **Job Type: Full-time **Pay: $15.00 to start with experience **Benefits:** - 401(k) - Paid time off - Paid training - Paid holidays - Employee discount ----------------------------------------------------------------- Limpiador con Licencia de Conducir Estamos buscando un limpiador confiable para trabajar en propiedades residenciales y comerciales, así como encargarse de la conducción hacia y desde los lugares de trabajo. Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs (aprox. 23 kg). Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y actitud positiva. Capacidad para aprobar una verificación de antecedentes penales. No tener antecedentes de DUI o DWI en los últimos diez años. Licencia de conducir vigente.
