Hartford HealthCare Independence at Home has a number of Caregiving positions available. Currently we are looking for hourly caregiver in Torrington area who can do overnights and weekend days! Availability during the day, during the week is also available. We are seeking Caregivers dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes. Caregivers provide a variety of personal care and general wellness duties to client’s who rely on our care. These duties may include personal hygiene and grooming care; Assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc.; Providing meals for clients' nutritional needs; Reporting changes in clients' condition to supervisor, or client care coordinator; Performing routine housekeeping and home management duties; Recording each client's care on care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner; Assisting with providing emotional support for the clients and their families; Assisting with routine therapy exercises; Participating in case conferences as requested; Attends all required in-service education sessions.
