I am looking for one more caregiver to help fill in gaps in the schedule. I am a woman in my 50s with MS. The job does require lifting me. Depending on the shift you work you would either get me out of bed, take me to the bathroom and other activities of daily life. The afternoon shift you'd feed me lunch and dinner, take me to the bathroom a few times, etc. Lastly the nighttime shift you would take me to the bathroom, give me my pills and put me in bed.

General Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Special Education Teacher, the Special Education Paraeducator is responsible for supporting and assisting students with disabilities in various school settings. The Special Education Paraeducator, consistent with the individual education plan (IEP) or individual family service plan (IFSP) assists the Special Education Teacher with lesson plan preparation; one-on-one and small group instruction; classroom management; student observation and assessment; and communication with parents and staff. As Choir / Music Director, you will lead Sunday morning worship music (9:30-11:30 am), direct weekly Wednesday evening rehearsals (7-8:30 pm), plan music for special services/holidays (Christmas Eve, Easter, etc.), and collaborate with our pastor, accompanist, and other staff and volunteer musicians to align our congregation’s music program with our mission, values, and worship themes. The position is supervised by the Pastor and supported by the Personnel committee. While two to three years of experience is preferred, it’s not mandatory. A watch school fundamentals certification, such as Wostep or CW21, is essential.
