Park City Sundance Festival week! (this year week 4 is a full week of Sundance). Full week avail. Jan 24th -January 31. 2026 (Sat - Sat) (this is the ONLY week I have for a large unit during Sundance). Unit # 60 See below ** if interested in a studio during Sundance we also have one available. Convenient location 2 bed/2 bath unit # 60 with reserved covered parking (one space under building) at Sweetwater Lift Lodge on Empire Ave (directly adjacent to Park City Ski Area base resort and parking- see photo below). The resort is located across the street from Marriott Mountainside, steps from the base of Park City ski area, Baja Cantina, and other food offerings, ski shops, and the main hub for the free shuttle routes. Free modern natural gas buses get you around conveniently and run frequently, while avoiding need to search for parking around town. No need for a car, so you can just leave it in your space, if you wish. The main station to use free shuttles is directly across the street. Easy to get you to Deer Valley and The Canyons ski resorts, as well as to historic Main Street/Sundance events, supermarkets, Walmart and factory outlet stores. (Our unit is allowed one parking space at the resort).  Entire Sundance week use (7 days) for $2300…sleeps 6. There is no additional hotel tax or daily resort fee- a substantial cost savings. We use Venmo or PayPal so there’s no need to be concerned about scams. No extra cleaning fee if left in good condition. Rental is for full 7 days, so you can arrive and/or leave whenever you'd like. Fast wireless internet access (fiber speed) throughout resort at no additional charge. (If guest prefers PayPal, the PayPal service fee to be paid by guest). Less cost than most hotel rooms, with ability for meal prep right there, if desired. The comfortable unit w/ fireplace sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Bathrooms have full tubs with showers. Kitchen area has granite countertops, dishwasher and full fridge. Grills for guest use located at patio area with cafe style tables/chairs. Complimentary lockers available for convenient storage of skis and poles. Laundry facilities on site. Large heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary business area. Computers and printers for guest use in the business area. Exercise equip. Complimentary weekly events for guests such as the managers breakfast, wine/cheese party, and a margarita night party.
