Our night shift Operators MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years experience operating CNC Machines. This person should be capable of high-precision work, while acting as a team player. Skills Required • Should be High School Graduate or GED equivalent. • Must have experience with Vertical or Horizontal Machining Centers to operate in a safe and efficient manner. • Preferably candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience. • Must have good communication skills both written and verbal. • Must be able to use standard measuring tools effectively. • Must have adequate math skills. • Must be very detailed oriented with good personal organizational skills. • Must be familiar with tooling, fixturing, indexers etc. • Must be able to complete inspection documentation and determine when parts are out of tolerance. • Should be able to train other operators in the process of manufacturing parts. • Must have good manual dexterity and be able to lift 70lbs. • Should have experience in an ISO 9001 environment, 13485 would be helpful. Assemble heat exchangers per prints, use overhead crane,tape measure, assemble fans, connect frame using all types of hand tools.These positions do require ability to bend, stand and stoop over the course of the day. Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed. Pay: $17.00 hourly Radial Arm Drill Operator -Previous experience running a radial arm drill, Will be required to set up and operate radial arm drill such as boring, reaming, and tapping placing holes into metal parts for heat exchangers. $20.00-$23.00 to start Hours: M-F 6:00am-2:30pm, Overtime as required!
