Resume Required! ​ The Civil Site Design Engineer will play a pivotal role in leading the design effort for various projects at the Airport. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a strong understanding of civil site design principles, land development, infrastructure planning with expertise in grading, drainage, utilities, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from conceptual planning to final construction documents. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design aligns with overall project goals and meets all relevant codes and standards. Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations for civil site components. Perform hydrologic/hydraulic calculations, earthwork analysis, and cost estimations. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather data for design purposes. Prepare and review construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Collaborate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and government agencies. Coordinate with permitting agencies to obtain necessary approvals for design plans. Oversee the construction phase of projects, providing technical support and ensuring compliance with design specifications. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes. Mentor and guide junior engineers and design staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) License strongly preferred. As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment are safe and in proper operating condition. Additional duties will be to perform all tasks following the cGMP requirements. OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acknowledge all production calls for critical point checklist and machine breakdowns Ensure all repairs and corrective maintenance performed is verified and properly documented Perform generated and all assigned Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedule in a timely manner and following listed activities on a Computerized Maintenance Management System Monitor parts and determine minimum/maximum inventory on all assigned equipment. Record all parts used during repair and Preventative Maintenance activities. Assist Inventory Control and Maintenance Planner in physical count for costing. General expectation is that this role maintains and preserves the life of all common area equipment, inclusive of both the interior and exterior of the building and complies with all City, County, State, OSHA, and all governmental agency mandates.  WHAT YOU'LL DO  Engineering management of a residential facility; including common areas, amenity space and parking garage. Provide quarterly cost analysis and cost projections for all utilities, chilled water, electrical, gas and on all maintenance items needed, filters, belts, valves, and maintenance equipment. Efficiency analysis and energy savings audits done on a quarterly basis. Create, execute, and maintain an automated preventative maintenance program to include all components of the building.  Implement and maintain all required maintenance SOPs as directed by GM and VP of Risk Management.  Maintain any “green energy” qualifications of the building.  Coordinate, maintain, and keep current all building component inspections.  Supervises full maintenance team and any other departments as assigned by the GM.  Develops training to ensure excellence in job performance.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors. Coordinate contracted services and repairs, alongside the GM.  Keeps complete and accurate records of all maintenance requests submitted, commented on, and completed. Must be available for “on-call” after hours, weekends, and holidays and available for emergencies, as needed.  Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing assigned duties.   Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  High school diploma or equivalent WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED  A minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, preferably in high-rise facilities.
